Prior to joining E3 NexHealth, she served as Vice-President of Program Management at Immunome Inc. She played a pivotal role in establishing and building the Program Management function organization-wide, showcasing proficiency in coordinating development activities, strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management for the organization. She also partnered with Discovery and HR in implementing development training programs for the research team.
Drawing on her extensive leadership background across multiple Philadelphia area-based Pharma companies and biotechs including Merck, Shire, Cabaletta Bio, and Venatorx, Dr. Moye-Sherman showcases a collaborative approach that goes beyond organizational boundaries. She has deep experience in leading cross-functional teams across the drug development continuum from early phase IND enabling activities through submissions of NDA/MAA applications. She maintains a sharp focus on clinical, CMC and regulatory disciplines operating across multiple disease areas including oncology, anti-infectives, rare diseases, and diabetes. Whether fostering relationships with academic partners, engaged in business development and licensing activities, establishing, and strengthening program management functions, or managing external vendors, she consistently tackles the problems head-on with unwavering dedication and focus.
Dr. Moye-Sherman earned her PhD from Texas A&M University, where she received the Black and Hispanic Merit Fellowship and the National Institutes of Health Pre-Doctoral Fellowship. She also holds a BS in Chemistry from Howard University.
With her expertise, passion, and proven results, Dr. Moye-Sherman continues to drive progress and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Pamphile began her public health career as a Project Manager and went on to serve in various other capacities over the span of two decades. Most notably, she led health insurance enrollment efforts under the Affordable Care Act to ensure all Americans have access to health insurance. As part of the COVID-19 response, she organized and coordinated events in rural and urban settings to increase vaccine uptake in priority communities. Throughout her many years of public health service, Dr. Pamphile partnered with community-based, and faith-based organizations to provide outreach and education to underrepresented communities. In her deployment roles in the uniformed services, she organized immunization clinics for school-aged children, provided health care to unaccompanied minors, and vaccinated the elderly at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Pamphile earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Temple University School of Pharmacy, a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Howard University. She is also an active member of The Links, Incorporated organization.

Prior to joining our team, Rashidah served as the Sr. Director of External Manufacturing Operations at Novavax, where she oversaw External Manufacturing Operations (for Adjuvant, Drug Substance and Drug Product), and quickly added value by assisting Novavax in launching their first commercialized product, Nuvaxovid™ which is the first recombinant protein based Covid vaccine, combined with an adjuvant, to receive regulatory approval.
Throughout her career, Rashidah managed global teams and held numerous manufacturing and supply chain positions including launching and commercializing numerous products across multiple therapeutic areas. Immediately prior to joining Novavax, she was the Director of Supply Chain & Distribution and Logistics within Biologics Operations. She spearheaded strategic design, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives within the site which led to $3.5MM in cost savings per year. Annually, she led the global launch FluMist and FluEnz in record time to meet customer demand.
Rashidash also led global supply teams at AstraZeneca and Merck and Company, specifically for one of Merck’s top 20 products, which generated $2B in global sales for 2013 fiscal year. She has launched multiple products and speerheaded aseptic manufacturing operations.
Rashidah holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Chester University, a Master of Science in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University, and an MBA in Management from Eastern University. She is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Before joining E3 NexHealth, Caroline held the position of Patient Advocate and Health Coordination Supervisor at Primary Partner Care in West Hempstead, NY. In this role, she skillfully supported patients in comprehending their treatment options, their medical bills, and insurance coverage and successfully resolving billing disputes and insurance claims, ultimately enhancing financial outcomes for patients.
Before this, Ms. Mclain showcased exceptional skills in medical assistance and community engagement at Physician One Urgent Care in Ridgefield, CT. There, she triaged patients and conducted medical procedures while maintaining stringent adherence to control standards. Furthermore, she held the position of Medical Assistant at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT, where she played a crucial role in patient care by aiding with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining electronic health records.
Caroline's journey also includes roles in medical administration, surgical coordination, and case management, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and patient needs.
She is proficient in clinical procedures, medical office administration, and utilizing electronic health records, with a strong emphasis on compassionate patient care and effective communication.
Caroline is poised to make significant contributions to E3 NexHealth's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.
